Judge Meier has practiced law from all avenues since the 1970's. He was elected to the bench in Warrick County in 2000. Since that time, Judge Meier created the Drunk Driving and Drug Court Program plus the Court Substance Abuse Program (CSAP).
He applied and received a grant to begin a Drunk Driving and Drug Court Program in 2005. His commitment and compassion has provided hundreds of substance abuse offenders an alternative to typical incarceration and punishment.
